Terms of service
Updated 22 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AnalystAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), whose registered office is at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, and who run AnalystAI, Real Assets and our market sites (together, the "service"). By signing in you accept them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them for it. The service is for businesses and for individuals.
1. Your account
- You sign in with an emailed link and code, or with a Google or Microsoft account. Give us a real address you control.
- An account is for one named person. A subscription seat is one named person invited by email. Do not share a sign-in.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at hello@analystai.ai if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or is used to harm others.
2. Free trial, subscription and payment
- A subscription is for one market and a number of seats. You choose the markets, the seats and the billing period (monthly or yearly) at checkout.
- A new subscription to a market starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it. Each account gets one free trial per market. If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription ends and nothing is charged.
- The price, any discount and the date of the first charge are shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you give us the details we need to charge the right tax.
- Payments are taken by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. If a payment fails we retry for a short time and then close access until it is paid.
- Cancellation and refunds are explained on the cancellation and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
- If we change a price, we tell subscribers at least 30 days before it applies to them.
3. What you may do with the service
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its data for your own research and decisions, or those of the organisation you use it for, for as long as your subscription lasts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, crawl or harvest the service or its data by automated means, or download it in bulk beyond normal use of the pages, exports and Library downloads that the service offers;
- resell, sublicense, publish or give the data, the Library documents or the analyst's answers to anyone other than you or the organisation you use it for, or use them to build or improve a database, product or service that competes with ours;
- use the service or its output to train, tune or evaluate a machine learning model;
- get around a limit, a paywall, a seat count or a security control, or test the service's security without our written permission;
- upload anything unlawful, anything you have no right to upload, or anything that contains malicious code;
- use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.
5. Our data, the analyst and what it is not
- The figures, facts and answers in the service are compiled from public and third-party sources. Each figure shows where it came from. Sources can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and so can our reading of them.
- The analyst is a software tool that answers questions from this data. It can make mistakes. Check what matters against the source shown beside it.
- Nothing in the service is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or lease any property or security. We are not your adviser. Decisions you make are yours.
6. Your files and your questions
- A file you upload is yours and confidential. So are the facts read from it. We use it only to give you the service. We do not use it for our own benefit in any way: not in our database, counts, analysis, benchmarks or tests, not to train or tune anything, and we never show it to anyone else. There is no option to contribute it to our data.
- You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
- You can delete a file, or ask us to delete your account and what it holds, at hello@analystai.ai.
- Your questions and saved answers are yours. We keep them in your account history so you can return to them, and a technical record of each on our server that only our staff can open, to fix a fault or answer a support request. We do not use them for our own benefit: not to train or tune anything, not in our data, counts or tests, and we never show them to another customer. To write an answer, the text of a question is processed by the services listed on the privacy page.
7. Documents from other publishers, copyright and takedown
The Library lists the reports, filings, news articles and datasets that a market's figures were built from. These belong to their publishers and authors, not to us. For some we keep a copy that subscribers can download to read for their own internal research. A downloaded document is covered by section 4: do not pass it on, publish it or resell it, and follow any terms printed on the document itself.
If you own the rights in a document in the Library, or act for someone who does, and you want it removed, write to hello@analystai.ai with the subject "Takedown request". Please include:
- the title and publisher of the document, and the market's Library page where you saw it;
- who you are, how to reach you, and that you own or act for the owner of the rights;
- what you want done (for example, remove our copy and keep the link to the original, or remove the entry).
We will acknowledge your notice within 2 business days. When a notice names a document and the person sending it, we take our stored copy off the Library first, and then look into the request. The entry can stay and link to the publisher's own page. We keep a record of each request and what we did. We may tell the person who uploaded or added the document about the notice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or remove features, data and markets. If we close a market you have paid for, the cancellation and refunds page says what you are owed.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can cancel at any time, as set out on the cancellation and refunds page.
- We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if you do not pay, or if the law requires. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after the agreement ends, including 4, 5, 7 and 10 to 12, do so.
10. Our responsibility
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no promise that it is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost deals or lost investment returns.
- Our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell subscribers at least 30 days before a material change applies to them, by email or in the service. If you keep using the service after that date you accept the new version. Each time you sign in we record which version of the terms applied (see below).
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are decided by the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.

What we record when you accept
