Questions people ask

What does "sites tracked" mean?

It is the number of sites Real Assets has recorded for a market, each with a link to the page that reported it. It is not a full census, so it grows as coverage grows. A site whose source names no operator is not counted under any operator.

A figure here differs from another source. Which is right?

Each figure links to the page it was read from. Open that page first: sources often count different things, such as operating sites only, or a different date. If the page says something else than we recorded, write to us with the link and we will correct it.

What is not in the public figures?

The public figures are counts and rankings by number of sites tracked, the leading operators and regions, and the latest public deal headline. They do not include prices, rents, vacancy, cap rates, valuations, forecasts or lists of individual sites.

How do I get the full data for a market?

Sign in on the site with your email. We send a six digit code, so there is no password. The markets your account holds open after you sign in.

I use Real Assets inside an AI assistant and an answer looks wrong. What do I send?

Send the question you asked, the answer you got and the source link it quoted. Every answer quotes its source line, which lets us find the record.

How do I cancel, or ask about a charge?

Write to us, or read the cancellation and refunds page first. Cancelling is at any time and takes effect as that page describes.
