Cancellation and refunds
Updated 22 October 2026
This page is part of our terms of service. It says how to cancel, when you are charged and when you get money back.
Free trial
- A new subscription to a market starts with 7 days free. A card is needed to start it, and the first charge date is shown at checkout.
- Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- If there is no payment method on file when the trial ends, the subscription ends by itself and nothing is charged.
- Each account gets one free trial per market.
How to cancel
- Open your account, go to Plans & billing, and choose "Card, invoices and cancelling". You can cancel there yourself at any time.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (or the end of the trial). Your billing page shows the date. You are not charged again.
- If you cannot cancel yourself, email hello@analystai.ai and we will do it for you.
Changing seats
You can add or remove seats at any time. Our payment provider works out the difference for the days left in the period and puts it on your next invoice.
Refunds
- A charge made in error (a duplicate charge, an amount that does not match what checkout showed, or a charge after you cancelled): we refund it in full.
- Your first paid period: if you ask within 14 days of the first charge, we refund it in full.
- After that, we do not refund a period that has already begun. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Yearly plans: the same rules apply to the year you have paid for, unless the law where you live gives you more.
- If we close a market you have paid for, we refund the unused whole months of the period.
- If a payment fails, we retry for a few days. Access closes if it is still unpaid, and you can pay at any time to reopen it.
Refunds go back to the card that paid and can take a few days to show. Rights you have under the law where you live are not affected.
