US Data Centers
Data center sites across the United States, with power capacity where a source states it.
The market
Data centers in the United States are built where power and land are available. Northern Virginia and Texas are the largest markets, and a site is operating, under construction, or still planned. Open those sites, the power a source states, and the leases and sales around them.

Frequently asked questions
What is in US Data Centers? The sites on the map with their operator and owner where a source names one, the deals we have read, the numbers publishers state, and the news. The counts on this page are read from our database when the page opens. They are the sites we have recorded, not a full census of the market.
Where does the data come from? From public pages: company and operator sites, filings, trade press, broker research and listings. Each figure keeps the page it was read from and the words that state it, so you can open the source behind any number in US Data Centers.
How are the numbers sourced? A number is recorded only with the page and the words it was read from. We do not estimate a figure that a source does not state. Where a source does not name an operator or an owner, the page says "not recorded". Counts are the sites we have recorded, not a full census of the market.
How fresh is it? News is collected every day, overnight (UTC), and the deals found in it are read and added to the database in the hours after. Reports, filings and company pages are added when we read them, not on a fixed timetable, so each figure shows the date of its source. We do not promise a figure is current to the day: check the date beside it.
What if something is missing or wrong? Tell us with the Feedback button in the app, or write to hello@analystai.ai. Name the company, site or report. We check it against its source and add or fix it, and we say so when we cannot source it. We never fill a gap with a guess.
Can I upload my own documents, and who would see them? Uploading your own documents is not available yet. When it is, what you upload will be private to your account: we will not use it to improve our own data, show it to anyone else, or use it to train anything.
Who sees my questions and saved answers? They belong to your account. We do not use them to train or tune anything, in our data or in our tests, and we do not show them to another customer. Our staff can open the record of a question to fix a fault or answer a support request. To write an answer, the text of a question is processed by our AI providers, which the privacy page lists.
What does the 7-day free trial include? Full access to the market you choose for 7 days. You sign up with Google, Microsoft, or your email (we send a login link and a 6-digit code), and a card is needed to start the trial. Pricing is per market and per seat.
How much does it cost? $100 per seat, per month, for each market. From 5 seats on the same market, every seat is $75 per month. Billed yearly: 15% off. Subscribe to 3 markets together for 10% off, or 20% off for 5 or more. A subscription to one market opens that market and no other. For the API, custom data or a large team, write to hello@analystai.ai (Enterprise).
Can I cancel? Yes, at any time from the billing page. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. After that, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
What if I need another market? Each market is its own subscription, so you can add another one at any time. If the market you need is not listed, ask us: write to hello@analystai.ai and we reply within one business day.
